Rosenqvist Wins In Marrakesh

Felix Rosenqvist has taken victory in the third race of the 2017-18 ABB Formula E.

Sebastian Buemi took Pole alongside Sam Bird. As Buemi took the lead into turn 1, with Bird and Rosenqvist close behind. At the latter stage of the first lap Abt and Piquet went side by side with Abt just about maintaining 7th. As Vergne took a brilliant overtake on Da Costa around the outside. As on lap 2 Abt spun Lynn through the first Corner.

Di Grassi only just overtook Lopez with a close call on the exit of the penultimate corner.

On lap 3 Piquet got Lopez also for fifth. Lotterer soon span Prost around.

On lap 7 in the middle of a close fight with Piquet, Di Grassi had a problem with Piquet going through as well as, his team-mate Abt. As he would pull over a few seconds later.

Oliver Turvey would make a fantastic move on Heidfeld on lap 12 through the first corner. On that same lap Da Costa would nudge Heidfeld, with Heidfeld giving him a sense of his emotions. On lap 15 Mortara would take Blomqvist for fourteenth position.

A few laps later Bird would suddenly slow which would allow Rosenqvist through for second. After jumping into the 2nd car Rosenqvist had 2% more energy than Buemi.

But on lap 29 Felix Rosenqvist would take the lead in spectacular fashion.

On lap 31Mortara, Heidfeld and Engel collided. But Felix Rosenqvist would take the championship lead with Buemi taking second then Bird in third.
